Popsicle AI provides a free tier of 200 pops and a Pro plan at $15/month for 2000 pops. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers and are non-refundable unless required by law.
You agree not to misuse the service, reverse engineer the platform, or input unlawful content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations.
You own the rights to the designs you create using Popsicle. Popsicle retains ownership of the platform, code, and technology. By using Popsicle, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for operating and improving the service.
Popsicle AI is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bengaluru, India. We may update terms as necessary; continued use of Popsicle AI means you accept the updated terms.
